"Hands-down, the BEST insurance Company I work with. Their customer service is outstanding, and exceptional! Every single team member that I worked with had wonderful customer service skills and professionalism. Treated me Like a family member and not like a number. Stephanie help me a lot when I was very young to understand about insurance and how they work. Giving me coverage that is best suited for me. I appreciated that a lot. Even when moving out of state, they helped me get set-up with another State Farm and still made sure I got the best customer service even thousands of miles away. I still am insured with them today through life Insurance and they are still taking care of me. I wish I still had them for my car insurance. It makes me sad. So appreciate them if you have them as your insurance company they will go above and beyond for you!"

"Thank you, Stephanie Fetzer State Farm, I recently had the need to insure a home in Minnesota previously owned by my parents now deceased. I have been a long time State Farm customer here in my home state of Colorado and have maintained full coverage of our home, automobiles and basically all my insurance needs. Having had the occasion to make claims I always found State Farm to be pleasant to deal with and trustworthy. So, my first call was to my agent in Colorado, and she referred me to Stephanie Fetzer State Farm in Bloomington Minnesota. I called them and Michelle Stevens answered all my questions and addressed all my insurance needs regarding my parents’ former home. I found Michelle to be extremely well-versed and very professional. She was a joy to work with.
