RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide exceptional customer service to customer by promptly and accurately addressing inquiries related to auto, home, life, and other insurance products.
- Manage and update client accounts within systems, ensuring all policy details, claims information, and payment records are current and accurate.
- Assist customers with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, and claims support to foster strong client relationships and promote retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Educate clients on available insurance products and coverage options to help them make informed decisions aligned with their needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- No insurance experience necessary
